bodypart p/week?

im training each bodypart once a week, or every six days sometimes - is this enough? just wondering how often u guys do? thats the only way i can cover everythin and give each group enough rest. my bench isnt so good(small pecs!) so shud i add the bench in a second time during the week? thanks
 
ya thats fine i do the same im in the gym 2 hrs hit my forarms and calfs eod take sun off sat hit every body part just to get a pump on im 6,1 230 works for me
 
u mean u do two hour workouts? that not a bit too long? wot u do for ur calves.. just raises? will doin bench twice a week not mess everythin up a bit?

try 3 bodyparts per week instead of one.
