body building after 52

what's up guys, it's never too late for body building and I would like to pump some muscles . I'm 52 and would like to know if there is a special training routine for seniors or just do the regular training as young people but lifting lighter, thank you.
 
Yeah there is no different exercise for older people. Everybody can get in on the action at any age. I would recommend lifting lighter to start off and build up to lifting heavier. You can even start off on some of the machines to build some confidence.
