Bigger biceps

From the lifts i normally do and all my others lifts. My biceps are the only one that never get bigger or even chunkier arms.

Chest is somewhat defined/abs and legs.

I would really like to get bigger arms and will kill that shit in the gym for it.

Any good bicept workout plans?
 
If you told us what you're doing we may be able to help. We can make suggestions but you could already be doing them, So let us know what your doing for biceps.
 
Gaining weight (mass) and genetics play a huge role bro. Trust me. I'm only 5'5" and now weigh 180 pounds. I lost almost a half inch on my arms from when I was 190-195. (18" to about17 1/4) Try squatting and dl'ing to put more total mass on. Intake calories or try gaining about 10-15 lbs. Genetics though are key...Switch up the intensity levels and your routines too. don't give up!!!
