So today I decided to take some crappy cell pics of my before and after results. Been goin to the gym since late january. Here is my result. Going for max strength not toning either. Can you tell the size difference? And remember guys this is without eating healthy and virtually no proteins. I just BARELY started eating a lil better. I still ate chilli cheese fries and cheesecake daily then.
