when you said "prison style intense bicep routine" I was thinking of something else.....

I'm sure it's good for biceps, but make sure you alternate your hands!:D
 
5x5 barbell curl
3x8 incline db curl
3x8 preacher curl

5x5 squats
3x8 stiff legged deadlift
3x8 leg curl

Weird combo there though =/ bi's and ham's. Hmm whats the hype about biceps, if you want big arms hit the triceps and deltoids. Biceps are puny.
 
For basic mass, there is no need for multiple exercises.

Pick the basics:

1. Barbell Curls - BICEPS

warmups: 3 sets
building: 1 all out set

2. Stiff Leg Deadlifts - HAMS (LEG BICEPS)

warmups: 3 sets
building: 1 all out set
