L louden_swain New member May 28, 2003 #6 For basic mass, there is no need for multiple exercises. Pick the basics: 1. Barbell Curls - BICEPS warmups: 3 sets building: 1 all out set 2. Stiff Leg Deadlifts - HAMS (LEG BICEPS) warmups: 3 sets building: 1 all out set
