So I'm currently
Squatting 315x11
Decline bench 315x9
Shoulder press 315x6

For some reason my squats won't go up faster.
However I'm extremely winded after those squats.
Any tips to shoot up my squats faster...

Lol I guess no one likes squats...

I just feel my squats should be superior to my upper body.

However I am squatting my body weight in addition to the bar..

Lower reps and carb up about 2 hours before your workout. I don't go above 10 reps on my regular squat sets and my legs have gotten f**king huge that way

Yah I was going to start doing 365 for my last set. But its been a slow process getting them up. Come to think of it I bet the carbs is my biggest flaw considering legs really use your NOS tank glucose really quickly. It doesn't help I'm cutting at the same time. Thanks for the input

If u nail your form stronglifts 5x5 will get your poundage up on squats............i went from struggling at 330lbs training conventionally to 375lbs on stronglifts and without using gear. I would def recommend it...........but be prepared to squat heavy 3x per week.

There are loads of 5x5variations out there......try stronglifts first as u can potentially up your weights every workout whereas the likes of Bill starr, madcow etc limit u to a weekly increase due to how the programme set up. I would use those when u stall on stronglifts. you can download the stronglifts programme for free.
