They are both important. The biceps are a smaller muscle group if you want to gauge "importance" on that.
triceps would probably be the answer but it does not matter. both muscles should be worked

Both in my opinion I don't think I'd want to have to choose
The chest doesn’t look like but it always works. I trained my biceps this week with dumbbells which I normally used for my triceps. The difference is a chest contraction before my curls, I had the feeling that my shoulder was locked, so I was able to lift more. I don't think, you can do something with your tricep and bicep without any pectoral.
