Does anyone else out there have their best workouts on Fridays after a long crappy week?
By the time I leave the office on Friday, I am so frustrated and fed up with everyone, by the time I hit the gym I am totally pumped for a great workout... I feel like if I don't get the anger out I won't make it through the next week...
