Best ways to break plateuas?

I seem to have hit a point I can’t get past. I wanted to know what are some of the best ways to get out of a plateau ? Any advice appreciated!
 
You can change your workout split or cardio variation in your training or exercise and use intensity protocol

If you hit a plateau - you need to change what you are currently doing.

That means either:
1. A new diet program
2. A new training program

Nothing works for ever
