best way to build up biceps

I am banging this chick and she kept grabbing my biceps and touching them, it made me feel good that she liked my muscles that much. How do you guys train your biceps to make them as big as possible so I can impress her next time we hook up. Seems that chicks really dig big biceps and I need a training program

I like to do isolation exercises for biceps like slow and lots of negatives, works for me

Biceps are only 1/3 of your arm. Train triceps too

same weight pulling is needed your biceps and your triceps . hit hard

It won't happen overnight but you need to train with variety. Sure, do your different curls but don't forget about pull ups and compound movements as well.
