Best Training Routine

Any opinions on which is the best routine for an intermediate lifter??

Option 1:
Monday - Back/Bi's/Abs
Wednesday - Legs
Friday - Chest/Shoulders/Tri's

Option 2:
Monday - Chest/Abs
Tuesday - Legs
Thursday - Back/Bi's
Friday - Shoulders/Tris

Option 3:
Monday - Back/Bi's/Abs
Tuesday - Legs
Thursday - Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Friday - Back/Bi's
*Following week will be legs twice per week
*Week after that will be Chest/Shoulders/Tris twice per week
etc.

i would go with option 2, il ike doing bodyparts once a week and lifting more than 3 days a week, but most importantly whatever u feel works best for you and your schedule
 
MON: Chest, Abs
Tues: Back Biceps, Forearms, Calves
Thursday: Quads, Hams, Abs
Friday: Shoulders, Tris

This routine worked great for me. The only problem with the routine is that some people's shoulders and tris don't recover as fast as mine, so it may affect your benching days. I always work Abs with legs, because my abs get worked from Heavy Squatting. Just a consideration.
