    Increase frequency = train it more often.

    Train it more. Do unassisted to failure, then continue with assistance (bands, weighted pullup assist machine, etc)

    keep working at it... lose some excess weight that you don't need so you are lighter.. do monkey bars, that is a fast track to improving. 10 pullups is very good, but you got a lot of room to improve
