    Best split routine to follow?

    If you had to choose between the following split routines which would YOU personally do and why. I just want to hear some opinions on this.

    A: Push/pull/legs

    B: Push/PULL
    C: Chest, Arms, Legs, Misc/abs/etc
    keep in mind my gym is a typical franchise style gym where I have access to both free weights and machines

    if you had 5 years of training under your belt i would alternate all 3 splits

    I like push 2 times per week pull 2 times per week
    at least train each bodypart 2 times per week and do it often

    push/pull/legs has been around a long time and is proven

    make your plan .. train each body part in a balanced way

    All and I mean ALL routines work for some people. The only way to know for sure is to try it

    split all 3, twice per week

    Starting out I would recommend compound lifts. Start light and build your way up!
