Chuck T's for wider stance squating and deadlifting. Everything else Nike Frees.

I think it depends on what your doing. I wear a pair of Pumas for lifting and Nike Air Max 360 for cardio.

Which frees do you use? I've been looking at these and I will pry buy a pair. Looks like there is 3 different versions.

5.0's. They fit good a half size smaller. I have beat the shit out of these shoes pulling and pushing the sled on asphalt, and they have held up for the past 6 months. The only bad things about the Frees is that they are only available in two color schemes. Ugly and Fucked up!! Save some $$$$$ and get them off of Ebay. Peace
