best pullup ideas?

i want to get better at pullups but my upper body is weak as fuck. right now i am doing assisted pullups and can knock out 20 of them but can only do like a few without assistance. my next question is should i be doing them palms in or out and what should my goals be to improve?
 
If you can, work both, but if not palms in will be easier.
 
You can work on both and for weaker body, you should pay attention to your diet while doing exercises. Because good fitness can not be achieved without healthy diet plan.
 
Do more pull ups, do 2-3 reps 10 times a day.
Walk by the pull-up bar And do a couple reps and leave.
Any time you walk by do a couple reps use different grips each time with in a month you will be getting good at them.
