I have lost interest in the club scene. Too many other interests and demands to fit the whole drive/parking/locker room etc scene in.
I want to be able to do these lifts with quality equipment (I like the large iron "York type" weights):
bench
military
lat pulldown.....probably
squat...a must
seated row..........maybe
Never really looked before...........any good suggestions?
