    YouTube 'wrist roller'. Get or make a 2-inch version. 2 x a week x 3 x 1 minute sets of 'rolling'. Don't use pussy weights

    deadlifts are great for strengthening hands and wrists

    but make sure you aren't using crutches like straps and gloves. defeats the purpose. otherwise mobster is your guy

    Farmers walks will also increase grip strength
