    low pully cable shrugs.. drop sets are good on these

    thats all I ever do: nothing makes my traps sore anymore, and I'm happy to say I use 135 for upright rows now for sets.

    Careful, upright rows fuck up your rotator cuffs and can even give you carpal tunnel. It will happen eventually.
