    All of them. Buy a power rack with chinning and dip bars, an adjustable bench, a bar and a fuck off load of weights and you're all set

    Basically every possible multi-joint movement you can think of, squats, benches, deadlifts, rows etc.

    There's really nothing much else you need than a barbel and a rack.

    squatting everyday is okay as long as you aren't over doing it

    but you don't want to be doing bench press daily.

    there are people that do a pushup, pullup, cruch routine daily.. again do it within reason and without injuring yourself

    Agreed... But I do like cables occasionally for finishing touches.

    The basic 5x5 exercises......squat deadlift bench military press, etc.

    Get a power rack and build from there. Whatever you need to do those exercises.
