benching more than i can squat

Excerpt: right now i can bench more than i can squat by about 20 pounds. i know that isn't good and would like to hear some reasons why i am so much stronger with the bench. it is true i have focused a lot more on my upper body but i would think that things would even out as i have gotten older.

    right now i can bench more than i can squat by about 20 pounds. i know that isn't good and would like to hear some reasons why i am so much stronger with the bench. it is true i have focused a lot more on my upper body but i would think that things would even out as i have gotten older.

    You need to hit ur legs as hard as upper body.
