bench is f*cken weak HELP!

i am 20 years old and i can dead lift 450 and squat 400. i am 6"1 190 lbs and about 9% body fat. my bench has been stuck at 250 for about 5 months what do i do. my diet is great but i won't to know if there is anything i can do to increase my bench
 
read Dave Tate's article on Testosterone.net about how to bench 600 easy. That should get you off to a roaring start. Also, eat more.

I don't know who said that originally, but it is a great line, and worth repeating.
 
I increased my bench by doing more db lifts. i would do reg bench and that would be it. I would then do incline, decline, flat, and flies with db and i could tell a difference.
