Thanks everyone... I keep forgetting this thread was moved here from the training board and I forget to check it. Right now I'm trying to lose some BF. Going to try a moderate cutting diet for 2 months. Just lowering my calories and keeping protein/carbs/fat at equal ratios.
I want to change my training program from the 5x5 for a bit, but I haven't had time to sit down and research what I want to do. I'll post more pics after this diet is over.
