70%pro/20%fats/10%carbs ED. During this cycle I only consume 2500 cals but i'm used to eating 3000-3500. I usually take in 300-350 prot. ed. . Eat 6 meals a day and have on point 300-500 cal. every meal. I only eat carbs before and after I workout (fruits before and complex after) I eat veggies with every meal and always whole food protein. I drink about 3 pro shakes a day. Consume casein protein before bed for slow absorbtion during sleep. I'm very strict with my diet, and to get yourself really ripped as I was trying for you really have to be disciplined on it.

, I just don't give a rats ass anymore if people know who I am. Hell they can tell by the tatoo on my arm anyways. These were the first pics I ever posted up so I figured back then it would be good to black out my face like everyone else does. Now I just really don't care anymore, plus i've given i've given out my myspace to people sooo, its kind of pointless to hide who I am

It was PBL's-- Test P 100mg/ml, Tren Ace 100mg/ml, Masteron 100mg/ml blend (precontest 300)

ran .5ml ed-- so basically 50mg's of each ed. "one shot, one kill"

Never ran Tren prior to this and I don't think I will ever do another cycle without it. Trenbolone absolutely the best for immediate strength gains, imho. I was astonished when it started to kick in at week 3, my bench literally went up from 275x5 to 315x5 in just 3 weeks, unbelievable. I ate extremely clean (2500 cals) throughout to get the effect of the Masteron, which kept me shredded and rock hard throughout.

I really don't understand why people say Tren gives you bad anger. I was aggitated by little things somewhat more, but it was nothing I couldn't control. The worst part was having to stick myself ED for the whole time, and the spots left me pretty sore, which I got used to after a week or so.

During I ran arimidex .25ml ed
Pct is currently Nolvid 25mg ed, Clomid 50mg ed, and HCG

I've done around a dozen cycles and this by far has been my favorite all around. I'm pretty sure i'm starting the same thing in June

But, you were already buff at 185 lbs. and it's hard to see a comparison of how much bigger you look from your before and after pics. Do you have any pics where you are similar posed, or relaxed / not flexed.

You made a major change from your pic of 2 years ago "before you believed in dieting." Did you go on a cycle then just without any diet and then didn't get too much results?

What you said above is interesting, so then how much has AAS helped you get those results from your pic 2 years ago until your 185 lb. pic (before this 14 week cycle). Your 185 lb. pic looks pretty impressive already. I'm 177 lbs. but 13% BF with 1 site caliper measurement, and i'm all natural, still trying to pack on the mass. Was wondering how your results were without AAS, or if you just jumped straight to using AAS. By the way, how is your workout like?

I always was a genetically strong kid growing up and never had to much of a problem gaining strength and size. My senior year in highschool though lifting it felt like I hit a plateau and couldn't make any gains, this is when I turned to the dark side

My first steroid cycle was in the summer after I graduated from high school (decca/winny lol). I got a scholarship for wrestling so I wanted to really put on some more strength to level out my competition a freshman. I always knew how to diet but for some reason I always fluctuated between 13% and 15% bf my whole life around @ around 180lbs.




Since my first when I was 18 to now 24 i've probably ran around 12 or some cycles. But take in fact the cycles that I took weren't larged dosed with 3 or more different compounds. My cycles when I wrestled for ex. look (300mg Test EW, 50mg Var EW) would run it for about 8 weeks. Very small cycle short like that to help keep my body from going into a catabolic state through the intense conditioning of wrestling and the low calorie diet we were put own. I never really tried to bulk up much from a cycle.

An example of my flat bench routine looks like.

Was that diet specific to this cycle or you do that year round?
