    Your going to need to find or make a training program that hits every muscle group.

    identify imbalances and work on them.

    the #1 imbalance in the gym is obviously guys who don't train legs like AT ALL.

    the #2 is very common with older guys is they have no backs but super strong shoulders and chest.
