beat way to ice knees PWO

You don't really want to be icing post workout as it will affect your body's lymphatic system. What injury/ailment is causing you to need to ice?
 
I agree with trav

if you are having to ice your knees after a workout then you shouldn't be pounding them to begin with. this is what stupid people do who want to have chronic problems forever. not listening to your body is being dumb and stubborn.. its not what will get you far in this game long term
 
icing injuries if for couch potaties who wont be exercisng again any time soon or professional athletes trading long term health for money.

Ask yourself this, how does healing of damage tissue take place?
