Bar position for lunges, good mornings, etc.

I've recently switched my squatting style completely to a low-bar style and so I've been thinking a lot about bar position generally.

If you're doing barbell lunges should you use a high or low bar position? What about good mornings?

Does the answer depend on what style of squat you use? :p
 
I personally keep it the same for both squats and lunges....although on goodmornings I may try and sit the bar lower for better stability. I think the answer depends on the person not the style squat.
 
For GMs put that bar low on your TRAPS not on your neck. Also you dont just bend over at the waist, rather you push your ass back like youre trying to bump that babe behind you. and you keep your knees as straight as you can. And of course keep your back flat.
