bro u had a good log! great gains as well. And it sucks coming off but its cool how u look better because you lose a little water but the leanness makes you look just as big. The 24/7 pumps go away though which sucks, and shirts dont feel skin tight anymore (not like baby gap tho lol)

Good shit tho bro hopefully you stay on EF and continue to train hard and eat big and learn more. This site has taught me more than i could have ever learned anywhere else.
