Nice pump.. definitely could barely do anything after all that.. I couldn't even do a pushup or a dip.. was thinking of supersetting with dips, but I literally gave out trying to set myself up.. lol

Good workout.

I just made a 14 oz sirloin, 3/4 cup of brown rice/quinoa mix, and a cup of broccoli my delicious bitch.

Also.. I'm weighing in just a hair above 250.. So gone down a few pounds from my 260 beginning of the month. Though I don't see much of a diff in the mirror just yet..

Oh, but I do love seeing my traps in the mirror when I'm working out.. I have to wear XL Tall shirts or they are wayyy too short if I lift up my arms you'd easily see my belly button. Lats are coming out nicely too. I'll get measurements.. I forgot to at the start but I don't think they'll be too much different yet.

Then the plan will be
1-10 Test 500mg/wk
1-10 tren 400mg/wk
3-10 Var 60mg/day
Aromasin 12.5mg a day
N2guard 3-10
N2slin 6-10
Caber 1mg/wk

I'll kick start with a little sust 270 I have left. Probably only 2 or 3ml or so.

Pct will be hcgenerate, pct and unleashed, forma 5am 5pm, maybe Clomid 25mg/day.

I have some proviron. Probably only enough for 50mg/day for the last month though.

I felt quite good last time with tren 350mg/wk so I'll start out there and bump upwards and adjust depending on sides.

I'll link them this post and hear thoughts and suggestions. Anyone else can chime in too. :)

With the cycle either do the tren 1-8 or bump up the test 1-12 give yourself like 2 weeks of just the test without the tren because it will make your recovery a hell of a lot easier. Also if you want to go super shred add some albuterol in there start at like 12mg/day and ramp up to 18-24mg/day and run for 6 weeks (no need to ramp down on the stuff). With all the other stuff you are doing there won't be an alliance ounce of fat on you and the albuterol helps your lipid profile as well (increase your hdl's and decrease you ldl's).

Good advice Letsgrow. I'll probably go to 9 weeks on the tren, it's Ace so it only stays in the blood 3 days, whereas I'm doing test enan so that'll take almost two weeks. Last time I ended both test/tren at the same time and felt pretty good. Never had any libido issues (was only doing 300mg/wk test and 350mg/wk tren).

if I get a paycheck or two in my bank account I'll probably go get some albuterol, but as of now that's not gonna be possible. Like I said at the beginning, as much as I'd love to be 10% by the end of the comp, real life steps in.. and I'll do my best, but this year is different than last.. plus I want to keep growth so I don't want to go too far in calorie deficit.. just hoping for a huge recomp. I'd like to put on another 10 pounds of muscle.. get me about 220 LBM and then get down to 240ish to make me 10%... maybe the tren will help me out there a little. ;)
