die faster

i dont do too much running. maybe a mile once a week or a mile and a half. 2 weeks ago i ran for about 2 miles and since then my shins and calfs are just in pain every time i run even for a few seconds. its not going away at all. does anyone know what this could be from? or how i can fix it? any help is appreciated thanks bros. btw not on cycle or anything so its not calf pumps
