Bent Over BB Rows (Wide Grip) 4 Sets 8-12 reps Bent Over BB Rows (Narrow Grip) 4 Sets 8-12 Reps Trying to focus on my upper back Wide-Grip Pulldowns 3 Sets 8-12 Reps Close-Grip Pulldowns 3 Sets 8-12 Reps (or instead of Pulldowns) One-Arms DB Rows 6-8 Sets 8-12 Reps Deadlifts (Another Day) 4-6 Sets Works well for me ;D Last edited: Feb 4, 2007
