Back and Delts, Back and Delts!

Anyone train these two together? I've been persuaded to give it a go as Delts are very easily overtrained and traps are hit pretty hard in both.....jsut looking for a solid routine....probably hit back first and toss in 7-10 sets for the delts after......maybe:

Str8 Bar Rows - 12,10,8,8,6
DBell Row - 10 x 2
Good Ams - 10 x 3
Lat Pull behind - 12,10,8
Pullovers - 10,10, 8

Smith Military - 12,10,8,8 w/ 2 force rep sets
Arnolds - 10x2
Side Raise - 10,10,8

Upright Rows - 10,8,8
Reverse Shrugs - x4
 
I believe your delts (and other stabilizers) will get more out of free weight militaries, rather than the Smith.

That is a hell of a lot of volume bro. Good luck.
