I recently bought an assualt bike. Does anyone have any recommeded routine I can do to utilize this machine ?

Well you can basically do whatever you like with it just use your imagination, it's just a bike you can pedal with your hands as well.
What I've seen many people like to do with it is HIIT style of training.
i don't recommend buying these for your home.
if you are going to use them go to a spin class where an instructor is yelling at you and you are in a neon room with music to push you
doing it at home you simply are not going to be disciplined enough to get anything out of it and frankly you would enjoy things more getting a road bike and biking a trail instead
