I Myself find that i feel like i get a better work out and its easier for me to keep form and not cheat by doing the arnolds, just curious if anyone else does them?
Arnolds are a horrible exercise IMO, some people swear by them but in my experience they just mean an increase in shoulder pain and a decrease in the amount you can lift.

I am in absolute agreement bro. In no way can rotating your shoulders with all that weight & tension on them, equate to anything other than rotator cuff, joint, and ligament problems. Arnolds, if named after anyone else on the planet, would be considered a running gag at best in my opinion. They suck.
