    Hi guys, I would lik to know what's the proper resting time for arm muscles and how many day a week can work them out, arms in general
    upper and lower muscles, thank you.

    you need to balance all your muscle groups

    certain muscles like abs and calves can be worked out daily, but other muscle groups you should not work out frequently. 1-2X per week at most

    Upper and lower arms?? I've only the one pair.

    I train mine directly once a week

    Try and cover all muscle groups throughout the week.

    I think 1-2x per week on any body part is fine.
