Arms Routine??

Hey just wondering what u guys do for bi's and tri's in the gym

Im joining powerhouse and I know they got some different things?

Bis - one straight or ez bar curl, one db curl.

Tris - reverse grip skulls, overhead db, dips

Arms are considered small muscle groups and don't require a lot of volume to grow. I'll only do two excercises totalling maybe 6 or 7 sets for each.

I really don't train biceps very often...mostly either just a few sets of dbell curls, dbell hammers, or straight bar curls. They get hit alot in my event training though.

As far as tricpes...they get hit a lot.
Directly: lying dbell tric extensions, tate presses, push downs
Indirectly: bench press, board press, log press

Use lots of variations and have fun...

Here is my routine:

Triceps:

Incline French Presses -> 3x 6-10
Cable Press-Downs -> x 3x 6-10
Over-Head Dumbbell Extensions -> 3 x 6-10

Biceps:

Incline Dumbbell Curls -> 3 x 6-10
Standing Barbell Curls -> 3 x 6-10
Machine Preacher Curls -> 2 x 10-12

-Standing barbell curls 4sets
-cambered bar preacher curls 3sets
-seated DB curls 3sets
thats what I do for bi's,I chug some powerade then usually do 6-8 sets of squats as soon as my bi's are worked.
Feel the endorphin rush
