Excerpt: just started this routine, what do you think? looking to build up my arms, that is the thing that chicks always love to mess with. My plan right now is I hit them 3X per week. I am doing 3 drop set of hammer curls one day, then I do 5X5 routine curls, then on day 3 I do another drop sets of curls.

Weighted pull-ups will force growth. Plus monkey bars

3 times a week is too much. Also try using more exercise selection

I have always done arms 1-2x per week. I really like twice per week with one day focused on heavy compound movements and the other day focused on more specific isolation exercises.
