I've been doing lunges at 45's and 90's as well as squats for my leg routine recently, and wondering whether these are worth it.
They still seem to be quite grueling, as indicated by heart rate monitor.
Does anyone use them? Do they develop nice looking abductors? (i.e., I want that jagged look) Are there better abductor exercises
Also, just usual rep range
