Excerpt: I was looking for an experienced bodybuilder who would be willing to help and track me. My current, and nearly all personal trainer specialises in martial arts, so his Knowledge of lifting is quite limited. I am a dedicated Martial Artist which transpires into my lifting. I ama hardgainer lifting for about 8months now. Im only 5'8 and 140lbs, with BF of 6.5%. Anyone who would track me, please reply.     Well I can't help with tracking, but I can tell you that while I was doing martial arts more regular I became a VERY hardgainer, all that extra cardio. I was trying to go from about 140lbs to about 160lbs for comp. Even after a few years I could not do it. Part of the reason was finding time to eat 6 times a day.

    Yeah tell me about it! .... i run for 40mins a day and skip for about an hour a day, and i do JeetKune Do 4times a week with Boxing 2x and Yoga, its really hard for me to put on anything! !
