Excerpt: I did something stupid and landed myself in the hospital. I was popping wheelies on my motorcycle on a dirt road and hit a rock and went flying. they found me the next day and rushed me to the hospital and said i broke 3 fingers on 1 hand, some ribs. also some road rash but i feel much better now, do you think i can try weight training with that?

    anyone ever train with broken bones?

    i've never broken a bone in my life so no but i have trained with plenty of injuries. as long as you aren't making the injury worse you have my blessing but it sounds like here the best thing you can do is just rest your body
