Are any of you guys training twice a day?

I was wondering how you guys feel training twice a day? Is it too much or do you guys feel I can get really good results?
 
I really don't think training twice per day is necessary. It's very easy to get burnt out doing that. Most people would over train trying to train twice per day.

I am of the opinion that if you are training properly and giving your workouts 100% - there is no need to train more then once per day
 
Depends on whats going on in life but sometimes I will do a cardio workout in the morning and a heavy lift in the evening.
