Anti-inflammatory cream

Anyone ever thought of using anti-inflammatory cream on very sore bodyparts/tendons?


Anyway, does any of you ever used some on your sore/injured areas?

Would it be a good idea to apply some on sensitive areas after a WO to prevent inflammation?

The drug must be in a Medium that can penetrate the Skin to be effective.

I have found in my years of Rhumatoid arthritis that Oral NSAIDS work best especially if you give them a couple of days to get up to high levels in the body..

I have not found a cream that works for me...
Absorbine Jr does feel good though...
