Steve dont forget that you wanna you 5x5 work sets all at the same weight once you are actually into the program.
 
Or do u mean start at all same weights for each exercise ?
I think he means when the weights start getting heavier to keep the weight consistent and stick with the 5 sets 5 reps...but looks good the way your doing things in order to prep for the heavy weight to come

Yeah doing too many sets lol, but it's real easy right now so I do lot more sets to get tired for now
I'm actually gonna use my starting weights kinda like my warm-ups now for a few sets, then ramp the weight up for 4 more sets for 7 total. Then as the weight gets heavy I will drop it back to 5 sets all with the same weight....that way I will be better prepared for the heavy 5x5 when it ramps up to more difficult weights

If youre not sore the next day then you're not growing either lol
