    Yeah I've already been checking spotinjections and quads look the easiest , glutes would be easy if me and gf didn't break up , but fk reaching around and doing that myself lol

    Squats: 165x5x5
    Bench:170x5x5
    Barbell Row:120x5x5
    100 push ups
    70 pull ups

    Did the extra to really burn this energy booster I tried , made me
    Feel right messed today lol, crazy heart beat and sweating mad , anxious too?? Weird lol, damn u Jack3d , only 2 scoops too lol

    Weight still at 182 , not bad at all , just lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks of being off dbol

    Haha yeah man , I think my sweet spot was 30mg , I should of left it there instead of going up to 40mg. O well will know next time I use it as a kick lol

    Just got krill oil,muscletechs new multi vitamin , BCAAs, syntha 6 protein,and creatine , go natty for a bit , gotta have supps lol

    10 egg whites
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup cottage cheese
    Protein Shake

    1700 cals , around 90 grams protein , so energetic today!!
