Altitude training

No, why would it?
It obviously makes your training harder but it's not a health risk per se.

Very common thing among endurance athletes.
 
high altitute training or sleeping in a chamber forces your body to produce more RBC's which will boost endurance.

i'm not sure what your question is all about though. weight training in a gym for an hour isn't even close to as hard as running fast for 1 hour...
