Aggressive 5x5 training routine!

Hi guys,

I will add my training routine, food diary and my results regularly. :D

My workout is:
Squats: 5x5
Benchpress: 5x5
Dead lift: 5x5
Clean and Press: 5x5

Last workout (1/3/2014):
Squats:
5x125kg, 5x130kg, 5x135kg, 5x135kg, 5x140kg
Benchpress:
5x112,5kg, 5x115kg, 5x117,5kg, 3x120kg, 2x122,5kg
Dead lift:
5x135kg, 5x140kg, 5x150kg, 5x160kg, 5x165kg
Clean and Press:
5x55kg, 5x60kg, 5x62,5kg, 5x65kg, 5x50kg
 
Nice. How many times a week are you doing that?

I workout and my curently carb intake is 16g. It had been my first heavy training with low carb diet. I feel great, there are my results:

So you 5x5 squat deads and cleans all in the same days lift? I dont believe thats possible for any human I have my own day alone for deads and try to separate squats 3 days from them, but hey whatever works
