After Morning Cardio??????......

After I do morning cardio on an empty stomach. I usually wait 1 hour before I eat. What should I eat? What are good carbs to eat? Is it the same as like working out where you need something that has sugar in like a banana or a carb drink. I usually will have egg whites for protein, I just need some good carbs to eat afterwards. Can somebody please help? Thanx!
 
unless you are in a keto diet, i find it more effective to replenish lost glycogen stores. (and plus, you've been 8 hrs at least fasting, because of sleep and cardio).

this is what i do:
8 egg whites
1 apple (simple C)
1 wwbread(complex C)

two hours after that, follow up on your next meal.
I have found this to be VERY effective....

I've heard people do this before. What is the science behind the benefiting factors of waiting another hour to eat after AM cardio. Is it because your metabolism is highly boosted on an empty stomach so you will countue to burn fat even just sitting around?
