advice on how to develop my upper back

Hi guys I would you advice me on a good workout to build size in my upper back. I've been doing close grip pulldowns for a while but I don't see any changes, please give me some ideas and also on reps and sets, thank you.
 
See I don't do much. When I bench (one speed session and one max session - 1 per week) I rotate 5-6 back exercises. One per session. Plus deadlifts. Also a LOT of my grip stuff works my back a little and my traps a lot.
 
Heavy bent over barbell rows
Wide grip chin ups
Deadlifts

Those are your 3 bread and butter back exercises. Make those a staple in your workout routine and you will get that Christmas tree back you are looking for.
 
Definitely hit more rows. Everyone goes to cables for back but you want to be using barbells/dumbbells to put up some heavy ass weight.
