5x5 log - 20 weeks

Hey guys, trying to get back into it consistently. I just started HRT and I feel 100x better so now I can hit it hard again.

5'10" 183


I started super light so I can progress more, and to get my body used to lifting consistently again. I am going to go up 5 lbs a week on all lifts except for dead lifts.

Week 1 Day 1

Squats 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 215x5
Bench 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 215x5
BB rows 95x5, 105x5, 115x5, 125x5, 135x5
 
Yea I'd prefer 3 day split but I bought some free weights, squat rack, pyllup /dip tower and some dumbbell handles so this works perfectly
 
Yep, so I'm pretty limited. But I can still do everything in the 5x5. I have curl bars and dumbbell handles that you have to put the weight on yourself
 
You can do quite a bit with what you've got there
 
All I have at home is a power rack and bench...I predominantly do the 5X5 and 3X5 routines and have gained more size and strength than with any other program I've ever tried (41 years old, been lifting a long time).

I skipped last week so this week I did the same weights for day 1. Gonna hit day 2 today. My goals by the end are:

Squat 335x5
Dead 405x5

Deads:

185x5
205x5
225x5

BTN Military:
95x5
105x5
115x5
125x5
135x5

Pullups:
