5x5 big BP and 3x5 small BP?

I have taken on the advice of using the 5x5 routine which I think works very well. Over the years of training I have found that the small BPs (bodyparts) for me respond better with less sets i.e. 7-8 sets for Bis, Tris, and shoulders.

Currently I have experimented with using the 5x5 training, however I deceided to switch taking from what I stated above: using 3x5 for the small BPs ( with the normal 4 sets of aux work) and keeping the 5x5 for back, chest, and legs - just want to know what you folks think.

Could work. Or just do 5x5 and only 1 auxillary exercise, or 2 of them but each for 1x8-10. Don't focus on minor details. The more gains you make in strength, the bigger you will become. Note, I said gains.
