i seem to have kept a lot of size(mainly due to 3 tripple threat shakes a day)
i'm not nearly as dry though....but in the infamous words of 'scarface', "dass okaaay"....'cause i started up again two weeks ago lol!
last week it went like this...
squats...
1 x 15 bar only
1 x 15 95lbs.
1 x 12 135lbs.
1 x 8 185lbs.
1 x 6 225lbs.
1 x 3 275lbs.
1 x 2 315lbs...(needed help on the second)
all done backed out of the rack/butt on heels
extensions...
3 x 30 50 lbs.
next week i wont even go past 185lbs. on squats...i'll just do multiple sets of hight reps.... then back to heavy the following week, etc.
